Introducing Default Labels: Elevating Your Meeting Efficiency with People Speak

We're always on a mission to enhance your civic engagement experience. Today, we're excited to unveil Default Labels for Meeting Items, an innovation designed to elevate your meeting efficiency.

Labels have long been a vital part of our platform, assisting in signifying procedural items like "Call to Order," or specific sections of a meeting such as "Consent Agenda". These labels, while similar to Items, are simpler, providing text-based context to your meetings without separate pages, videos, PDF attachments, workflows, comments, or states. They remain exclusive to your Meeting Detail Page, providing essential context without cluttering your Home Page or documentation.

Our latest enhancement, Default Labels, transforms the way you use Labels. With this update, you can now set default labels that will automatically appear in the Meeting Items section each time you create a new meeting. This eliminates the need for repetitive manual entries, leaving you more time to focus on what truly matters: engaging with your community.

We have prepared a short tutorial video to help you get started with Default Labels.

We hope this enhancement proves valuable in making your meetings more organized and efficient. We always welcome your feedback. Your experiences and insights drive our continuous improvement, so please don't hesitate to share your thoughts, questions, or suggestions with us.

Thank you for being a part of our People Speak community.
